ABOUT THE MARQUEE
We would like to give you our honest open and transparent opinion about the Marquee that is purpose built for this event by a local and well known marquee provider. The clearspan design offers a clear internal unobstructed space free of poles and wires. The Marquee, which can be seen from Argyll Street, is located just metres from the car park entrance to Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. It is fully floored in wood and whilst not perfectly flat there is no trip hazards and is suitable for wheelchair users and all footwear. The Marquee is fitted with window walls which combined with gallery standard lighting on each exhibition stand gives a light and airy feel. There is a small silent generator located next to the structure. The Marquees location means it is just metres away from Kelvingroves facilities including café, restaurant, shop and toilets as well of course as the nearby river walks and woodland park. During sunny conditions the Marquee will be fully ventilated as it has three sets of double doors including the emergency exits. There is outdoor seating outside Kelvingrove next to the Marquee. If very windy as you would expect there may be some noise from the panel walls. It’s a structure that our exhibitors really like and we hope that you will too. Your ticket allows you to come and go all day so if you wish to pop out for a coffee or lunch and come back later you are very welcome.
